The Stanisławowo Farm Project

The Stanisławowo Farm Project  is one of the proudest achievements of the Committee. Established in 2001 in the village of Stanisławowo, the farm operates as an Agricultural Department of Professional Activity — a workplace and rehabilitation center designed to empower people with visual and other disabilities. The farm now employs over 60 people with severe and moderate disabilities, as well as over 20 instructors. We are proud to be offering participants the chance to grow personally and professionally while contributing to their community.

What Happens Here

Agricultural production and care for livestock.

Daily work involves rehabilitation and vocational activities, such as comprehensive physiotherapy,  preparing frozen and fresh meals, and working in the garden and fields. Much of the work targets local residents, giving our employees essential social and professional skills to help them thrive as active members of their community.

Making food products for the local community

We are proud to provide local schools, businesses, and individuals with made to order meals, as well as frozen food. Our program continues to grow into an essential service for the local community.

Rehabilitation programs

In addition to our excellent vocational programs, we also offer state-of-the-art physiotherapy rehabilitation, as well as professional job coaching. We provide transportation to and from the farm, making our programs accessible to many.

Social opportunities

Our farm is equipped with catering facilities where we host events ranging from birthdays and communions, to cultural celebrations and holidays. This provides our employees with frequent opportunities to engage with visitors from the local communities. Every year we celebrate by opening our doors to the public for 7 days- providing a look into what makes our program so important.

Environment

We are very happy to provide employees with our services in a calm, serene environment. Our employees appreciate the beautiful facilities, and desirable location.  We believe that access to green spaces and fresh air are an essential part of rehabilitation.
